New Inspiration, New Style

The Ask

Our clothing brand client was looking to add consumer inspiration into the team’s process as it developed new style and product line ideas for the brand’s upcoming season.

Our Approach

We recommended doing an interactive workshop to help the North American brand and design team understand and internalize their key consumers. The workshop was constructed around 4 key consumer insights, each brought to life through consumer videos

assembled by our team using recent shopalongs and in-depth interviews. Moderated mini break-out teams presented key observations back to the larger room as we captured inspiring ideas and future opportunities.

The Outcome

We summarized the new ideas stemming from each of the 4 consumer insights. This provided the team with the creative inspiration needed to kickstart new product designs.
