Brand Planning

Now What? Sessions

We create the loose-tight structure to facilitate learning into ideas and ideas into action.

IdeaSwap

This is a day that intersperses consumer focus groups with facilitated strategic client sessions – sometimes 3 of each in a day! Learning from one session is used in the next. By the end of the day, you’re tired yet exhilarated, because you’ve arrived at a solid conclusion, altogether. It can seem miraculous.

Propportunity® Sessions

Sometimes a team is more connected to its problems than their solutions. This facilitated forum expertly turns Problems into Opportunities: hence “propportunities”. People leave feeling relieved, refreshed and focussed on the future.

BrandDestiny®

This facilitated process moves a brand from strategic ambiguity to total clarity. It involves customers/consumers in the early stages, then key brand stakeholders for one day. The outcome: a powerful brand strategy all on one page, including a 2-word summary for its future style and experience. Once you’ve done one BrandDestiny® in your career, we find clients need one for the next brand they touch. It’s THAT helpful.

Training and Coaching

The Power of a Good Question™

This is Lisa’s passion and expertise that she’s translated into training, keynote speaking, and publishing. Get inspired to ask the questions that are needed and wanted. And learn what to do and what to avoid. (Good for work, and life!)

Building Stronger Teams

Lisa’s trained in the Basadur technique that identifies each person’s affinity for contributing to a team. She builds an understanding and appreciation for each of 4 tendencies to help teams work more productively and happily together.

How to Capture Insights

Your team learns how to distinguish between 3 kinds of insights in order to build more powerful communications and brand strategies. It's rewarding to be able to recognize them and write them.

Choosing an Input vs. Outcome Strategy

See how strategies split between the two and how brands and portfolios should consciously choose one or the other.

Innovation

Dragons’ Den Innovation Investment Workshops

This is a creative and engaging way to support a culture of innovation. We start by sharing knowledge on the 10 paths to innovation. Then multidisciplinary teams are charged with creating 'minimum viable investment' ideas, over a series of weeks. Then they present their ideas to the Company's Dragons, who are equipped to allocate investments on the day. It's motivating, rewarding, team-building, and business-building.

ZigZag Ideations

These workshops have the team first identify the 'rules' of category behaviour and then break them. We work together to challenge the norms of targeting and uncover unexpected benefits. The ideas that are then generated help the team 'zig when others zag'. And that's often a beautiful thing.
